1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services or accessing our online properties. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined herein, you must immediately cease use of our site and systems. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of ReuxAI.

2. Scope of Services & Partnerships

ReuxAI provides bespoke business systems implementation, AI voice/chatbot configurations, follow-up automation architectures, and conversion landing pages to prevent leads from slipping between customer acquisition phases.

You acknowledge that our services operate primarily through integrations, webhooks, and third-party hosting partners (such as GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and associated API providers). While we maintain, design, and configure these systems for maximum efficiency and security, you agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any terms governing your access to these third-party environments.

3. Fees, Subscription, and API Costs

Bespoke pricing, configuration, and maintenance parameters are negotiated on an individual customer-journey basis during your scheduled strategy consultation.

• All monthly partner subscriptions or system build fees are structured as described in your individual client service agreement.
• API and Usage Fees: Unless explicitly written into your setup agreement, you are directly responsible for any third-party infrastructure fees, including SMS credits, phone number leases, and AI model generation token costs charged through LeadConnector or related providers.
• Late payments may result in immediate suspension of active automation workflows, customer web assets, or voice assistant systems until accounts are brought to active status.

4. Client Obligations & Data Security

By implementing AI chatbots, forms, and custom-designed automation databases within your workflow, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business datasets, qualification criteria, and brand representation guidelines.
• Ensure your data handling practices comply with all local privacy regulations (e.g., UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), especially regarding automatic call recordings, automated follow-up texts, or client communication scripts.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and account integrations. You are fully responsible for any activity performed under your integrated CRM environments.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The designs, systems, scripts, customized AI prompt architectures, web design layouts, graphics, and proprietary workflows generated by Reuben and ReuxAI are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaty provisions.

Upon receipt of full payment under a dedicated service agreement, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to utilize and run these custom systems within your respective business domain. No intellectual property of ReuxAI, including base prompt logic, software framework elements, or training assets, may be sold, distributed, or white-labeled without our explicit, written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ReuxAI, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, lead leakage during platform downtime, webhook delivery errors, or model-generation hallucinations) arising out of the configuration, installation, or execution of your automated workflows.

You acknowledge that AI models and natural language processors are probabilistic systems. While we engineer robust guardrails, we do not warrant that chatbot outputs or voice responses will be 100% error-free in every edge-case business scenario.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (specifically England and Wales). You agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
